All artwork is custom-made to order. For most sizes within the USA, please allow approximately 5-10 business days (2 weeks) for production and shipping.
For international orders to the EU and UK, please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Custom/personalized frames are non-returnable unless damaged.

• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

• Email us at hello@webbmaison.com with your order number and reason for return.

• For damaged items, include photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Our photographs are printed on Premium Lustre Matte paper, delivering exceptional clarity, depth, and detail. Each piece is thoughtfully framed in finest-quality real wood, available in our signature finishes:  White, Black, or Natural Wood. To preserve its brilliance over time, the artwork is protected behind UV-resistant, gallery-grade acrylic.
